ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – On Monday, July 23, Rochester College Head Women's Soccer coach Todd Stank announced the signing of Angela Mancini.

Mancini, who hails from Redford, MI, joins the Warriors roster after graduating from Redford Union High School. Lettering for Panther's coach Joe Knoerl, Mancini notched All-Western Wayne Athletic Conference Honors in both her junior and senior seasons. Other than earning four letters on the soccer field, Mancini also excelled on the basketball court and cross-country trails earning eight total varsity letters in high school.

Playing for her club team the Farmington Fusion, Mancini led her team to a first place finish at the Capital Area Classic in 2012.

Coach Stank on Mancini:

"Angela is a quality student athlete, and will do well at Rochester College.  She brings with her an impressive amount of playing experience including high school and competitive club. I was immediately impressed with Angela, she was comfortable and confident with the ball at her feet. She uses her body well and has good vision and is a leader on the field.  Angela has an extremely easy-going personality but is passionate about her education and sport. She will definitely be another player that will give our opponents problems."
