Mannino played his high school soccer under Big Red's coach Gerry Haggarty. During his career, Mannino was a three-year starter and earned All Conference, All-District, and All-Academic honors at his left back position. In the offseason, Mannino plays club soccer for the Carpathia Kickers under the guidance of head coach Bruce Wilden.  He is the son of Thomas and JoAnna Mannino.
