
STATE COLLEGE, PENN.- The Rochester College men's golf team is on pace to win their third concecutive USCAA National Championship. After the first round of action, the Warriors are ahead by one stroke, edging Lindenwood-Belleville.
After round one, Senior Kristopher Bartling (Charlevoix, MI/Grand Rapids CC) is leading the field of competition with a 72 while sophomore Ryan Kapanowski (Shelby Twp., MI/Lutheran North) and freshman Brandon Rottiers (Grandville, MI/Grandville) are tied for seventh with a 76.
Round two begins today and will decide the 2011 USCAA National Champions.
