ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich.—On June 1st, Rochester College head cheerleading coach Patti Glenn was excited to announce and welcome to the team the signing of Lindsey Butler.

Butler will be graduating from Clawson High School this spring.  During her time as a Trojan, Butler was coached by head coach Christine Zabbki.  During her high school cheerleading career, Butler lettered four times. At the end of her junior season, Butler was named to the All-District Honorable Mention Team.  She worked harder her senior year and earned herself First Team All District and MAC All Conference this past season.

Lindsey is the daughter of Mario and Tracey Butler, and has five siblings Alexandria, Brian, Jacob, Lauren, and Laya.

Coach Glenn on Butler:

"I cannot wait to watch and work with Lindsey as she brings her talent to RC.  She has excellent tumbling skills including a full twisting layout. I believe that she will be a great leader and push others on the team when it comes to developing their tumbling skills.  She is the type of athlete that will make the others step their game up to the next level."
